I have an AD80 with a MN3205 and 3102 clock.
Would converting this to a Boss DM-2 be as simple as getting a MN3005 and 3101 clock chip and just rreplacing those two items?

No, the MN3005 and MN3205 are not pin compatible. The supply pins are opposite from each other. Pin 5 is specified in both datasheets as Vdd, but the MN3005 recommends -15VDC on this pin, meaning if its biased with a +9VDC supply, you would ground this pin and apply +9VDC on pin 1 ("GND").

The difference here is that MN3005 is a PMOS IC, and the MN3205 is an NMOS.
