Random Arpeggiating Fuzz that only arpeggiates downward

I just got the Random Number Generator working. It's cool and noisy and fuzzy, but it only arpeggiates down, what seems like 3 octaves.
The sound sample I've heard from the Mid Fi electronics version goes up and down.

Anyone else experience this?

Mine also only argeggiates downward. It also always comes back to the same fundamental tone... I'm gonna try changing out the transistors and seeing what happens
