Aside from cost factor and footprint, are there any real advantages/disadvantages that anyone knows of to using the MLCC's as opposed to monolithic or ceramic disc capacitors?

I'm particulary interested in their ability to reject EMI/RFI and to resist the tendancy that other ceramic caps have toward microphony. Mouser part number reference to the particular parts I'm thinking of is 80-C410C101J1G

Any advice would be most appreciated.

They aren't microphonic like traditional ceramics often are.

Cool, that is pretty much what I wanted to know. Thanks for the reply.
