How to modify the Maestro FSH to use it on bass?

Hello,

After I've bought a bass last week, now I'm trying all my guitar effects on it
One of my all-time-favourites it's Maestro FSH with Tonda's mods, built after this project:http://www.tonepad.com/getFile.asp?id=138 (thank you Franciso and Tonda!).

I've tried it on bass, but it doesn't seem to like it. Mainly on Sample and Hold I barely can hear an effect. More clearly, I must to wait until I catch a good sound for bass.

Anyone tried it on bass? What changes I must to do?

The caps seems to me to be enough for bass...
