h bypasses the normal 12k or 15k resistor that comes off the feedback pot and substitutes a trimmer for precise control to take you into instant oscillation. When you hit the switch, it goes into maximum feedback, and it also uses a couple of 1n914's b2b to clamp the output (so it doesn't get out of control).

Thanks , I may do that on mine. for the diodes  but what means "b2b" ? how place that diode to avoid having bleeding ears ?

Fuzzo-- it just means back to back, as if it were in the feedback loop of an IC. You place them between lugs 2 and 1 on the Repeat pot, if I remember correctly.
