changing power supply for existing Ross Flanger

Hi. I've never done any electronics or modding at all, but I bought a Ross Flanger from the USA which is 120v and now I'm in New Zealand for good where its 220v. How would I go about changing the powersupply in the unit for the higher voltage? Can it be done? The unit is quite big, about 6 in x 6in so I reckon there's heaps of room to play with, and there's a schematic on the base of the unit. Do you think an competent amp tech or someone would be able to do this for me?
