can I use a .22 Film cap instead of a .22 Tantalum on this 808?

I do not have any Tantalum caps. Can I use a film cap instead of the called for .22 tantalum cap just below the Tone pot on this TS808 build?

Yes, you can. It may sound a little different but there shouldn't be any problem using a standard film cap.
