Sure. Read "The Secret Life of Pots".

Alls you gots to do is to remove the 100K wafer from a 100K pot, and replace the 5K wafer in the pot you want to make into a 100K pot.

 What is the pot intended to do ?
 In any case you could string 2 resistors that add up to about 100k, and have one pot setting.
 Vary one or both of them to emulate or mimic what a pot does "Variable resistive divider", if the setting isn't to your liking, step up the fixed setting.
