Vox Stack Potentiometers & Knobs?

Hello all,

I'm working on a project where I'm planning to employ a VOX style tone stack which requires two potentiometers. The duncan calculator simply states 2 each 1 Meg Ohm pots. Should they be Audio or Linear?

Secondly, I'm looking for a set of knobs for a dual style potentiometer package (standard alpha sized). Anyone have ideas where to get knobs for this? A search through Mouser didn't turn up much other than the pots. Seems knobs are a little more difficult to sort through.

THANKS!

What does it say just to the right of the sliders?

Great...thanks.

Anyone know where I can get dual control knobs? I'm wanting a potentiometer with two independant controls on a single package. I'll need knobs for this.

Thanks.

Last time I got some, the Eagle "chickenhead" knobs were .59 cents each for 10 or more at Mouser.
Thats the best price I could find for "chickenhead" knobs anywhere.
And the best price I could find of any 1/4 shaft knobs with inserts and set screws.
For DIY > I saw where a guy took corks from wine bottles and glued the caps - from Corona beer bottles on them and used those for knobs.
Those looked really cool as well as being original and practically free.
I'm no EE or even a tech, just a monkey with a soldering iron that can read, and follow instructions. ;D

I think I mis-understood
Are you wanting a dual pot ?
on a single pot package ? Like the old car radios had ?
If so IDK ,I do know when I looked for that the price made me quickly change my mind.As they were WAY expensive compared to two pots of the same values.

As Brymus said, "way expensive".  You can get dual concentric 500k's here as well as the the knobs, black, glod, or silver which are almost as expensive as the pot. Used one for a volume/tone control in a guitar i have and it's a nice smooth functioning pot. http://www.guitarelectronics.com/product/CPCS55/CTS_Stacked_Dual_Concentric_Audio_Pot_500K500K.html  Check around with other guitar part suppliers and you may find a dual 1M or after a look at the cost you may want to go in another direction.
