Hey!

Got my hands on a JOYO tremolo (for free!!! ;D), and was modding it to get more output volume..
It was an easy fix, just replaced the 10k vol pot with a 100k, and POW. Can easily get a boosted output level.

BUT the problem is that the LFO is leaking through to the audio circuit, anybody gotz a solution for this? It aint a biggie, but it's annoying as it is.
The ticking was present before the mod, but was more audible as the level output increased.

Also read that it was a clone of a Diaz Tremodillo, but as far as my google capabilities goes the Diaz Tremodillo only gotz transistors and not opto... :icon_eek:

Thanks

Hi, I have the same problem in mine. We don't notice it while we're playing, just when the volume is low or we stop. I've taken it out of the original enclosure and moved it to my multi-fx (all other boards are diy boards). In the process I've ruined the protection diode and had to replace it by a jumper but I can't believe that's the culprit of the noise leak. I've also changed the TBP in order to have a status led different from the rate led. But that can't be the reason also as the circuit is the same, only another led and resitor added on the same 3PDT circuit.
