Curious.....resistors on lugs of 3PDT

Just wondering why the resistors on the lugs of these switches ? It doesn't look as though the switch is being used to toggle between two different values of resistor or anything....

But others - 2nd and 6th picture - not zero ohm.

And I should've caught that....zero ohm thing....dang..... ;D
