How to optimize the EHX Bassballs filters for bass?

Hello,

I started to modify an older EHX Bassballs clone (http://topopiccione.atspace.com/PJ08EHBassBalls.html - thanks Alex Petrini for it!) to use for bass. It has a lot of mods (thanks to Mark Hammer): 2 pots instead of the trimpots, blend pot, decay pot, attack pot and a resonance switch (http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=72307.0 - thanks to B. Tremblay).

This effect never impressed me too much, but now I want to make some experiments with his filters and with a Zvex Ooh Wah clone, as frequencycentral (thank you) suggested here: http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=72307.0.

First, I will try to use the filters from Phozer (thanks all from runoffgroove site): http://www.runoffgroove.com/phozer.html.

Anyway, I am interrested how can I modify his twin-t filters to be more prominent for bass.

Thx a lot all!

Bassballs schematic said that the original frequencies are 200Hz and 800Hz...the second seems too big for my taste :)

I never loved this on bass... just too much of a novelty to me.

i think its caps C9, 10 & 12, 13 that change the sound of the filters. have a little play with them. i seem to remember from my build that one filter worked best with guitar and the other was more prominent on bass

I am curious if someone more experienced than me tried to optimize the filters for bass :)

Also worth fooling with the values of R12 and R17.  ;)

Thx frequencycentral...altering the values of R12/R17 aren't something like a "resonance" pot?

I've searched a lot, but I couldn't find the formula for the frequency of the filters of Bassballs...
