D+ liked battery or PS but not PS when...

  another wierd normality !
  D+ works fine. Loves the power supply VDL PPII, but I moved it over to another pedalboard.
  The power supply seems great with the compressor and phase [I was sure to try the ports that worked good, and the plugs too], couldn't seem to get the 'load hum' out of there, AC loudness, like there's a big load being sourced.
  The battery makes it work fine.
  When I try the PS, signal passes under the AC hum sound, LED lights...it's a cable that has worked before, a battery clip wire, and another DC plug to battery clip PS wire...all light the LED, make the AC hum and work alike, just fine with the BMP and Phase 90 and FF...
  Doubtful it's a jiggly thing, I jiggled and switch BaFroth between 9v DC cells and the PS outlet.
  who knows, done it before, stuff makes no sense again.
