Ibanez DDL digital delay is misbehaving

It sort of works, just not as it should...

I don't think there's anything wrong with the delay chip, or any of the IC's really, because I can get it to do all sorts of things indicative of a functional delay, but it's glitchy.    In order to get a consistent delay sound, I have to wiggle the feedback pot a little until it "finds" the setting.  A couple times, I got normal repeats and I was happy, but that stops when I turn the knobs.  Some of the time, I was getting repeats that would gradually warble and go out of tune, which was kind of cool in a chorusy way.  Mostly, it just doesn't give me any repeats at all.  When I turn the delay level knob, it will make a loud warbly noise when I turn it through a certain portion of the travel, and the time knob doesn't seem to do anything... unless the feedback knob is right on the mark.

I think the feedback pot is bad.  The others don't wiggle as much as this one does.  I think it got stomped on more than just a few times and it's not making good connections.  It does read a steady resistance throughout the travel with a multimeter, but I don't have enough hands to see what happens when I wiggle the shaft (that's what she said :icon_mrgreen:).

Here's a picture of the board and pots.

For reference, the level and feedback pots have a sticker that says ALPS 538H 100KB, and the time reads 536H 10KC.
