How would i wire this http://www.smallbearelec.com/Detail.bok?no=900 switch to select between 3 caps?
the simple way would be to have 1 cap from lug 1 to 4(right lever). 1 cap from lug 3 to 6(left lever). and the third cap from lug 1 to 6(center lever). The only thing is with this scheme the cap going from 1 to 6 will always be attached although not sending a signal but receiving a signal. will this have any audible effect on the sound?

I can't think of any way.  You could have two different caps and both of them together, which would give you three different sounds, but to get three completely unrelated caps you would need a 3 throw switch.  (SP, DP, 1000P, it doesn't matter.)
