24VDC Regulated power supply on ebay... any good?

Hi,

I was wondering if any of you had tried this kind of power supply for pedal projects:

They are not expensive but are they any good? I am building the MFOS sub commander and it needs +/- 12V and I thought maybe this power supply could do the job... Any thoughts about those?
