Trying to find the best muff tone stack for a post-hardcore ala jawbreaker and the get up kids style sound.  Heck maybe just the best tone stack in general.

I make my own tonestacks for muffs using this and one of my favorites its 3n3,20k 100kB, 39k, 22n.

Super cool how you can twiddle knobs on favorites, while watching the graphic of the attenuation/frequency slopes.
Note that if the line is in the middle, then of course that's like a volume control at 1/2.
Convention creates following, following creates convention.

Whats the best Muff tone stack ?
Thats like asking ,Whats the best classic car ?
Its what is the best tone stack to your ear,and what works best with the impedence driving it.
The Duncan tone stack calculator,AMZ lab pages, and a breadboard are your best bets for deciding that.
I have a hard time deciding which sound I like best from the BMP tonestack, the options are endless.
Be sure to check the AMZ info on BMP tonestack, especially if you are using it in a pedal other than the BMP.
