Great Cheddar - Low volume in 4th position

Hi guys,

I just built the Great Cheddar from ggg and the first 3 positions on the selector switch are working perfectly, however when I switch to the 4th position I get a massive volume drop and can only just hear the effect. 

I noticed that beatnik had the same problem here but nobody answered him;
