removing boss fet switching

Hi guys
just for fun I'd like to build an OD2, I have one and I'd like to compare the original with mine. So the schematic is this one:

obviously I'm not going to build the fet bypass too, so would this be ok? (with a swich on the Tone pot that switch between the 2 circuits)

I'm not sure if C10, C27 and C34 should stay there, or removed. Did I remove too much? Did I miss something

looks cool to me!

maybe you could drive directly the gates of Q13 and Q18 with gate pulldown resistors of ~560k [or two 1M parallel]
