Woody corrected layout online

Sorry for the late, because I forgot to upload the files. Now the Powerpoint and ExpressPCB layouts are corrects.

There's still a problem with the layout. R16, the 10k between pin 4 and pin 8 of IC2 is shorted by a trace underneath it. This may be what is causing the squealing that has been reported.
