Anyone have a Dremel and a pair of vernier/digital/dial calipers?

I'm building a PCB drill as mentioned in another thread.

If you have a Dremel, a pair of vernier/digital/dial calipers and a spare 30 seconds, can I ask a favour?

Can you please measure the OUTER diameter of the 3.2mm collet?  The little attachment that goes into the end of the dremel, and you put the drill bit in it...  I'm after the measurement of the bottom part as highlighted below

My shanks on collets measure 0.170".  I would think the ID of the chuck is 0.187" or 3/16" nominal.
