Effects Loop Switch Plus

I'm looking to build a pedal that is like an enhanced effect loops switch box.

Jacks would be the standard 4 for this type of box:
- input guitar/bass
- output to amp
- output to fx
- input from fx

However, instead of being able to simply switch the loop on or off, I'd like two independent switches.  One to turn straight input on and one to turn loop on.

So there would be four total combinations:
- dry and fx combined
- dry
- fx
- nothing

Anyone ever see something like this?
