I built the modballs by lovelypeopleoftheworld, dont know who that is here..

So everything works except the first filter. SO I scoped that section and pin2 has no signal. I traced before it and I get signal all day. The 5088 signal seems weak but the one in the second filter section reads the same.

The IC has been swapped out and  even swapped out the trannie, even to a different type, like a 4401. Still a no go.

I dont think I have multiple IC's with a bad section...sooo....

Has anybody build the Modballs? And what has been issues? Im not sure if this is actually a verified build or not..
