Having trouble with a ROG May Queen perf build. Everything seems to be soldered in correct. Collector of Q2 seems a little hot, around 2. Base is a little hot too but close to the specified. Audio probe gets single after Q2 but very quiet, same with the output. Getting 5.5 off the drain of Q3 but No voltage reading after the 100n cap off of Q3.

Anyone have any ideas. I have replaced the 100n cap with no results. I'm thinking Q2 is bad.

I would double check the transistor orientation.

Q2 was bad. Replaced and works fine. Looking for a little more bass, not so much of the wah pushed forward sound. Any cap changes that might get me more low end.

I would avoid changing the input cap too much, the distortion gets pretty muddy quite quickly for some reason... Make the output cap bigger, if it's not enough, then try making the second 10n cap a bit bigger...

A slightly bigger source cap will increase gain a little bit, but will also amplify a bit more low end - it won't make too much difference, but coupled with the above could be good... you may wanna decrease the source resistor too if the gain gets a bit outta hand too...
