i got so much! i really appreciate this dschwartz! my apologies that you were compelled to give some trade secrets
, i was just curious  with the things you did to the dual rectal, i might try to experiment with the components that you
pointed out (but i'm really not that brave enough to change anything on the board after sounded after i fired it  )

thanks you very much for the tips   i think that i would employ your volume technique to the gain of the DB.

haha is not necesary to remove it, it´s kind of widely known, here in chile most of the dr boogies people build have these mods on it..

i´d say the most notorious improvement is with the coupling caps. if you apply the dual volume thing to the gain pots, be sure to use good shielded cable and as short as possible..

i had used shielded wires on the input, output, volume and gain. also, i followed your biasing technique
which i saw somewhere here in the forum. my DB has that noise you have with high gain pedals, where you
turn the vol and gain all the way up and your guitar's vol is all the way down. i did not experience any of the
complaints of some of the members with regards to noise and it's not yet boxed.  i thought i really did an
overkill when i used 2 shielded wires on the vol, 2 on the gain, 1 on input and 1 for the output. so that
would be additional shielded wires if its boxed (to and from the 3pdt) and 2 pairs for the second volume
and gain control. 

i might finish this project by the end of may cause the 1590dd here costs approx 19 USD and 3pdt almost
9 USD. i have used cheap china pots (0.35 USD) and the pot and knob pair costs 3.50 USD
(2 vol+2gain+4EQ=8pairs, 27 USD and a couple of cents ) i might post pictures
after i have completely finish this monster (sound comes through even when vol is at 0  )
i wish i could do it like the finishing on dschwartz's enclosures
