Insanity box trimpot question

For the trimpot in the op amp section, the recommended value is 82K. I was wondering which section of the voltage divider the 82K refers to?
Also, the trimpot between the CMOS and FET sections is recommended at 95k. (in brackets in the awesome diagram below  ). Thanks for your help.
