Hi all:

i just recorded some samples of my latest "texas brownie" pedal version (which started as the DUI distortion)..

I would like to hear your opinions of it. it took a lot of effort and experimenting to get it to sound like this:

I´m still working on the definitive circuit, and i would like your feedback (from all you experienced and knowledgeable diyers) in order to make it better.

All comments are welcome!!

regards!!

Sounds great as always
That Van Halen was a ringer,maybe a little bassy but thats could be my stereo too.
Really what needs improving ?
Sounds great as it is.
I'm no EE or even a tech,just a monkey with a soldering iron that can read,and follow instructions. ;D

Could you say more about used Guitarra? It's all humbuckers, right?

Cool ;) I like the second setting, "vintage" ) may have been an excess of  bass on Van Halen's stuff, but it's OK ;)

I like the vintage setting too.  Nice work.  *Casi Limpio* is nice too.

oh sorry i didn´t specify the setup:
guitar (jackson jdr94, paf pro PU´s)-->texas brownie-->multicab sim-->korg ax3000 delay-->sound card

thanks for your replies!!..i´ll try to polish the van halen sound with a little less bottom end...

i also love the "vintage" setting..its very "grumpy" and muscular
