My newest build doesn't like to be daisychained

Anyone got a solution on this one? It works fine with the adaptor I'm using in my "lab", but when I put it in the daisychain on my effectsboard it just turns off all the other effects... Bad DC-jack?

Is it a positive ground effect? You can't daisy chain Positive & Negative ground effects together without alterations.

The adaptor probably delivers not enough power (mA) to feed them all togehter, you'll need a bigger adaptor

It could be a wrong or mis-assigned wiring on a DC jack which is good.
Backing up around the power supply with the DMM...with the plug-in and out involved and the various wiring assignments and other PS switching involved, it's pretty easy to get a connection that jumps through a switch that does something.
To find where the miswire is sometimes requires lifting wires, start by using both jack/plug states [in/out], or the higher count [count] which uses DC and signal jack to switch power.
To find out what a DC jack does in hand [no wires connected, nothing touching] use the plug to test the jack in both states and measure/draw a schematic of what it does in both states.
DC jacks vary, signal jacks vary even more, drawing out the complete schematic of what is there is recommended, but requires knowing exactly what each jack does...when...and if..depending on the other jack sometimes.
I found out more than once that 'this' jack can't be made to work, 'that' jack can have it's one switch defeated and still work, this jack would be perfect if it was insulated from the body etc.

Schematics?
Pictures?
Specs and names of the lab power and the daisy chain power?
Measured DC voltage and power consumption when powered from lab power?

Remember that the Boss standard is negative center. Lab powers usually are the other way around.

Always check that there are no shorting conditions in the supply before applying power.

TRÅNNHJÆM TRÅNNHJÆM TRALLALLALLAAAA!

The "lab-supply" is just another DC-adapter. I've used it on other pedals with no issues and it is center negative.

However; the supply I use in my "lab" has a LED that lights up when it works... When I push it around while it is plugged in, it tends to "turn off", so I guess the DC-jack is bad.

ayayay!

Maybe you're drawing too much current adding in that last pedal.

Try it with just one old pedal and the new pedal.
