I tried modding my SD-1, and I think I screwed something up.  I tried a combination of a few different mods.  Now, when I'm using it, the signal is much weaker than if I remove it out of my chain and run it directly into my amp.  When I'm going through it, and it's not active, the clean sound is muddy and a little quieter.  Here's what I changed.

Replace the 1uF cap at C10 with a 10uF cap
Removed C6
Replaced D4, D5, D6 with 1N4001 diodes
Changed C3 from .047uF to .1uF
Changed R2 to 1M
Changed R18 and R19 to 10K

What did I screw up?

Three threads for one pedal?  ;)

R2 is an input impedance mod and therefore would affect both clean and dirty signal paths. Check that it really is a 1M resistor and that your soldering hasn't caused any bridges. Check for bridges around the other parts you replaced too.

Other than that, do all the other changes look good?

All the other changes are for components in the dirty path, so therefore should not cause the problem you describe when the pedal is in bypass.
