EA tremelo help

G'day from Australia,
First post and a new pedal builder as well. My first build has just been a GGG EA Tremelo pedal. Following their advice, I've come here for help.

As I said, the EA Tremelo is my first build (I'm a guitar player of 30 years and an electrician by day). It seems to work fine on it's first go however.... The depth control does not seem to have much affect. Can anyone offer any advice - Thanks in Advance.

Looking forward to my next build as soon as I get this one sorted....seems to be adictive.
