 I don't have a cap meter &  can't find a datasheet, but this is exactly what's written on it. I'm sure it's a common one someone will recognize.

It's a 60's cylindrical dialectric style with a lead on each side

22 - 20 D.C.
(2)303    +
6139       +

...with a green mark on one side and an orange on the other.

Is it a 22uF?
