replacement sliders for FX40-B EQ?

I am wondering if anyone knows where I can find replacement slider pots for my buddy's Do(A)D FX40-B EQ. I've looked all over, and found some that may fit, but was hoping someone here has already dug into this.

Basically screws got lost, and a lug got broked. Also missing 3 the slider 'knobs'. If nobody has any ideas for a direct replacement then I guess I just buy a whole set and make a new daughter pcb... just hoping to save a couple bucks for him.
