Essential workbench hardware

I'm moving into a new place, starting fresh and new with stuff on my workbench (desk)! So I got to thinking what could I get that would help keep things more tidy and not end up with a mess like at my old place. I was thinking about getting a 'wire dispenser' kind of thing where several colors of wire spools are wrapped around one center. Anybody else have things they use to keep tidy or stuff that helps the building process go smoother?

..I really want one of those automatic wire strippers...
