I'm cleaning out/organizing my parts bin (literally, a plastic box full of baggies) and came across these chips.  I think I won them in an eBay transaction years ago but cannot find a datasheet on them anywhere.  I'm not even sure what type of chip they are.  Can anyone help?

Running a Google search on the p/n gives a reference to an article published by a couple of medical researchers. The chip is a Reticon BBD (Bucket Brigade Delay), and the scientists used it in setting up an EEG display. Unfortunately, no info on specs.

Thank you both!  However, I'm a relative n00b at this stuff and have no idea how to actually apply this information.  What should I do with them?  The obvious would be to build an analog delay circuit...

Thanks for the links to the datasheet! So this is a 1K BBD, 12 Volts (though could be used at 9), and requires only a single-phase clock input. Those specs make it a little unusual. IMO, not much you can do with it unless you can find a DIY design that uses this particular model. If it was used in a commercial pedal (?) someone might give you money for them on E-Bay, as Reticon chips are notoriously scarce.

Looks like a SAD512D with double the delay time... (may we say SAD1024D?)
Check if it can work actually 'cause those devices are electrostatic sensitive and may be killed simply touching their pins.
"NOT FLAMMABLE" is not a challenge

Thanks for the info everyone!  Was hoping to find that these would be a work-alike for something I could build fairly easily.  I'm assuming they still work, never had them outside of the plastic case they came in except for this one picture.  I have about 6-7 of them...
