Repairing a Systech 7012

My friend is trying to get his 7012 working and doesn't have a schematic.

Not sure anyone here does but here are his issues:


a)      Bypass Switch has no effect.
b)      Modulation LED's do not oscillate with the LFO
c)      LFO Modulation Depth is not correct
d)     Overall Effect is weak indicating a delay line signal level issue
