Could you please recommend N5089(MMBT5089) equivalents: beta 1200 or more, low signal, low current and low voltage, single or dual in SMD case?
To my regrets and surprise I can't purchase 5089 (?)

MPSA18 is v similar to 2N5089. Does it have a SMD version?
