Hi all.

In a few days I'll get my order from the US to build some pedals and want to customize them to achieve a unique own sound. One of these toys will be the famous Tube Screamer in the 808 version. I've perfboarded it a month ago successfully (great sound BTW!) and because I didn't have the enclosure and the switch, I disassembled it because I'm mostly a PCB fan. So, I'm looking for cool mods for the Tube Screamer, I've seen the GGG mod instructions (boutique mods, etc..) and looks OK, but the tone with the humbucker is very muddy in the middles.  I found the Jack Orman's AMZ Tone Control Mods in http://www.muzique.com/lab/tstone.htm and maybe it can open up the range of the tone as shown in the article and improve my tone.

Anybody have an experience with this extreme tone control mod?

Thanks a lot in advance.

I used a 10k rev log pot instead of 22k lin and a cap of 100nf instead of 220nf

This gives me more highs and better treble cut
