Pops again but not the same type?

Ive had problems in the past with pops when switching, last time it was the switch, before that it was a pull down resister. Ive just made a bazz fuss v2 great little thing it is too. but im getting pops at switching. im using no led and dpdt switching as in the layout in the gallery. I take it it must be the switch? or do i need a pull down or an resister on the input. these pops are driving me mad.

Are you using the switch wiring that grounds the board input in bypass?.  That is the first thing I would check.  You usually don't need pulldown resistors with that wiring.  It's available at GGG, and Gaussmarkov's page.  If the diagram is for a 3PDT, for DPDT just leave out the third row of lugs (which I think are for an LED anyway, as I recall).

Ok I've had a look at his way of doing it but I can't see how i can ground the input of the board when bypassed without the 3pdt switch. Which I was hoping not to use in this build. Please tell me if I'm missing something? Thanks for your help
