I've built a clone of the Divided by 13 Joyride, which is basically a colorsound overdriver with some of the caps switched.  The problem I'm encountering is that the volume pot doesn't really respond the way it should.  With the volume all the way up on the pedal I'm at unity volume.  I've checked all my connections, solder joints, i/o jacks, switch wiring, everything.  I used a stock joyride to find all the component values for this clone, so I'm at a loss. Any ideas? I'm using BC108's for the transistors.

Does the volume act normal otherwise, as in, no weird jumps/cutting out?

Yes, when I turn it all the way down I get no volume at all.  I'm using a 100kB pot just like in the original.
