fx loop before TDA2050 pin 1

my amp is powered by TDA2050 trans.. can i add FX loop before pin 1 (TDA 2050 input)...?

well, I guess we can consider the fx loop part of the preamp, usually right at the end of it, so for sure it must go before the power amp, in your case before pin 1 of your chip.

I guess you probably need to consider some buffer out/buffer in your fx loop, mostly for level control: the preamp out is generally too high for effects, so they may clip if you feed them directly with the preamp out signal. many amps attenuate the signal before "sending" and re-boost it to proper levels after "returning"...

how about a 100k pot before the loop as send level..? iv seen some schematics use this
