BYOC OD2 Template?

Does anyone have a template for creating a decal for the BYOC OD2? I'm looking for something I can load up in inkscape a create a decal for a local company to print off for me. I haven't got access to a scanner, and I'm finding doing all the measuring and such tedious as I use my computer here at work to do the graphic work. Any help is appreciated, and it doesn't need to be 3d, a 2d image of the top with all the hole placements is fine.

this is really easy. use any printshop program . printmaster is free and you can make a square and it will show u it in inches. take a guess where your labels will be . like drive vol etc. print it out on normal paper and put it one pedal to make sure everything is where u want . any hobby shop will have printer friendly sheets of decal paper . its water decals like on model cars. clear coat it on and wala
