I just built a simple 555 led pulser (great effect, like the ol' mac LED, it seems to beat like an heart...)
Video HERE, at the bottom the schematic and the layout I made for it.

Now my question - how can I insert this ckt in a simple millenium 2 use?! I'd like to have the pulser on only when the effect is engaged, and off when the effect is bypassed...Guys?! Any suggestion?! THX

aha,i just made a similar circuit, got the led to fade on and off, and vary the speed too...very cool.
plenty of potential uses...

but sorry no ideas on the millenium switching though...not too familiar with that...

heres mine. page13..

You could just connect the Vcc pad on your PCB to the Vcc on the millennium bypass and the Gnd pad to the drain of the MOSFET

CynicalMan

You should be able to connect the cathode of the LED to the drain of the MOSFET.
