IIRC, the feeling's not mutual.
Read what I wrote, not what you think I said.

I have great respect for Mieda-san. That's why I wondered at the idea. Working for a big organization you're often forced to do things you would not otherwise do. My opinion is that Mieda-san is much better than that.

Like I wrote.

Oh, I read "Or that Mieda-san would stoop that low." guess I missed the part about the great respect and all, sorry.

As I said, I don't think he would. He's better than that from what I've seen.

As you're aware, you don't always have control of what an organization does with your work.

In response to the questions in the forum - PCB Layout for Musical Effects is available from The Book Patch. Search "PCB Layout" and it ought to appear.

hi
one implementation of a one-terminal effector has been described in the forum (a compressor).
if you connect an inverting cmos amplifier (4049 stage) as shown in the patent (input and output tied together), you get nice compression.
In this case, and potentially in many others, a one terminal effector is a handy device.

The patent office takes buckets of money by recording crazy designs.  People often mistake patents for things other than claims by would-be inventors trying to get a toehold in subsequent court cases.
