Verify this PCB?

I was surfin' around the forums and found this OSQ+++ PCB  layout that needs verification.
It looks Awesome though. I'd really like to build it, if it's verified.

I have no idea how to really verify it, I'm not really into building something that won't work.
If anyone is willing to shine some light on if this might work or not, that'd be great.
