hay, I modded a cry baby a month ago and until now it worked just fine. Today I played with it and I some times the volume dropped and raise again after a moved the pedal a bit. After half an hour I turned it off and played somthing else and then I turned it on again the sound of the guitar was much quieter, almost no wah, and alot of noise that the heel is up (little bit less then it is down). I opened it and all the connection look okay. (It's ture baypass so then bypassed it's just fine).

What can  be the problem and how can I fix it quickly (I have a gig in a week and I need). Oh and it's pretty old (I bought it second hand and I think he is at least 10 years old).

It's highly likely that something you did in the mod is now failing. At a guess, there's an electrolytic capacitor stuck in backwards. They fail slowly sometimes.

For what to do, read "Debugging: What to do when it doesn't work" and respond with not only the voltage on each transistor pin, but the voltage on each electrolytic capacitor pin.

In response to the questions in the forum - PCB Layout for Musical Effects is available from The Book Patch. Search "PCB Layout" and it ought to appear.
