I made a DrBoogey by http://gaussmarkov.net/layouts/drboo/drboo-project.pdf
I added a power led and a 3PDT switch by http://www.tonepad.com/getFile.asp?id=76 offboard wiring 5
When i connected it to power supply and turned it on,it could not work and also the led did not light.
I thought there're something wrong with my soldering or connection.I have check my circuit by my circuit tester and all the components, cables, pots connected very well.
I connected my power supply to my ts808 and it worked as usual.Strangely was that while i connected both ts808 and DrBoogey(my power supply can connect 5 pedals),it became soundless. Even if I just connected the power with these two pedal but only connected ts808 to my amplifier, it would also became no sound.
I tested the voltage on the power jack, just a very very low voltage which i thougt it could not drive my pedal.
What can i do now?

Off the top of my head - double check the 9VDC polarity connections.

out of curiosity what power jack are you using....a metal one?...or the plastic type!!!!...

Good question!

I checked the DC polarity, i'm not connected wrong.

I use the classic plastic power jack like this picture

Just looking at your picture... I can see that you have quite a few wires that were melted (potential problems) but the one thing that sticks out is that it appears you connected the 9V to your LED via the 3PDT. It also looks like you may have some bridging going on at the 3PDT. Make sure that NONE of the wires on the 3PDT are touching.

Except the obvious bridge at the bottom  ;D

In the future, I recommend that you connect your LED, via the pull down resistor, DIRECTLY to the DC jack. Then run your GROUND via the 3PDT to the other side of the LED.

Good Luck  ;)
