Buff/Blend/Boost -Adding Boost option to Buff 'n Blend circuit.

 I would like to have Buff 'n Blend switch between buffering a circuit, and boosting it. Using the standard Buff 'n Blend, I was going to have a phase problem if I had a switchable booster, so the options were to add another gain stage to my project, or have the booster and blend circuit mutually swap.

The J201 is meant to be biased at 4.5v by the trimmer. Most of the values are just based on what you usually see in these things. Hopefully it will work.
Please look it over and criticize any errors.
