Before I go breadboarding this thing, could you guys take a look and tell me if there's anything wrong with this schematic that pops out at you? It's pretty simple and nothing new, I just want to get a few more eyes on it first. Specifically the tone control. That should work right? Thanks!

Not until you return the 100K pot to Vref, to keep DC bias on the opamp.

OTOH there is no reason to return the 0.27u to Vref, Gnd is fine here.
