I can't listen to it right now, but 3 knobs+rotary switch in a reverb sounds like FV-1-based to me.

  • click on the YouTube account holder's username (under the video)
  • their profile page includes the URL for their website
  • the website (mostly Japanese) has a banner for "Premium Complete Kit"
  • the kit list includes "Space Reverb" - click on this
  • gutshot showing 28-pin SMD IC on the underside of the PCB and a list of the patches!
