numbers around pots

Some time ago someone posted a link to a small program.  You could enter in your dimensions and numbers and it would create the numbers or lines that went around controls, that could then be coppied into your graphic program.  Ive been searching for about an hour and cant find it.  to tell the truth i dont even know what to search for      Dose anyone know what im talking about and could you point me in the right direction.
